The pure taste of ancient cereals.

Pantique is a great tasting bread that’s packed with seeds and grains and is made using cereals that go back thousands of years- Emmer, Einkorn and Spelt. Bread made with Ancient Cereals is ideal for people who want to eat healthily but still want to eat tasty bread.

Spelt- the best grain for a happy outlook. Spelt was first cultivated in Europe in about 4,000 BC. Compared with regular wheat Spelt is easier to digest and has higher protein, fibre, amino acids and B complex vitamins. Complex carbohydrates are thought to increase the body’s immune system.

Einkorn – Tasty heritage from the Bronze Age. Starting from about 7,600 BC Einkorn was among mankind’s main food staples. It is considered more nutritious than modern wheat, based on the higher level of protein, essential fatty acids, phosphorous, pyridoxine, and beta-carotene. einkorn has a fine-nutty aromatic taste.

Emmer – A tasty ancient cereal from the Neolithic Age. About 10,000 years ago Emmer could be found in nearly every settlement in the Middle East. It belongs to the Spelt grain group and has a darker colour and a well rounded, aromatic flavour. The firm hull protects the precious grain from damaging environmental influences, but also means more complex processing.
